BBQ Oork Recipe
4 pound pork butt
1 large sliced onion
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon pepper
2 cups bbq sauce

In crockpot lay onions on bottom then place the pork butt on top. Add garlic,pepper. Fill the crockpot up half way with water.Place on low heat for 8 hours. Then drain off juice and then with a fork break down meat into small pieces. Add bbq sauce let simmer for 1 hour .
